The smartPersona™ is at the root of talk3’s integrated solutions approach.

The smartPersona™ is a comprehensive mapping of consumer preferences, transaction history, social media interactions, psychographic details and more – resulting in a fully descriptive consumer profile. The profile is made by semantically processing all this information and creating a semantic graph that represents and reflects all of these inputs. Furthermore, the smartPersona™ organizes in real time based on consumer motivation and sentiment, adapting in response to feedback.
Traditional profiles enable “push” marketing, where marketers target to consumers that possess some specific attribute. The smartPersona™, however, enables marketers to utilize the more valuable “pull” paradigm. That’s because the smartPersona™ is used by the consumer to filter and personalize solutions and obtain truly targeted content, not by marketers to “target” consumers. When consumers receive highly personalized offers that they have requested, they are far more likely to respond favorably.
Finally, if the consumer permits, the same smartPersona™ can be activated for use by multiple marketers within the talk3 environment. The system learning achieved through interactions with a grocery chain can be used to produce more relevant offers during interactions with a clothing retailer.
