knakk lab

knakk lab’s mission is to enable collective intelligence in order to help people solve everyday problems.

knakk lab was created to leverage the power of the crowd, it’s what we refer to as collaborative curation.

We feel that everybody has personal experiences, familiarities, know-hows, opinions, thoughts and even critical judgments that they would be willing to share if they knew it will help others who encounter the same or similar problems.

Consumers can seek information they are looking for, or contribute ideas to existing curated “knakks “ to help enrich potential solutions.

It’s like a cross between Wikipedia and a review site, rather than having consumers sift through thousands of reviews, it becomes a single, collaboratively built collection of information that helps people solve their problems. knakk lab also leverages a crowd-based feedback mechanism in which individual elements of a knakk become more or less prominent in its display based on user reaction.
While many companies are aware of the power of collective intelligence and its ability to provide deeper insight into what customers really want, relatively few have embraced this as a strategic initiative. knakk lab is effective, in part, because it draws upon the experiences and knowledge of a large, diverse audience to arrive at innovative solutions.
